I needed this part for my older Hayward filter on short notice. PoolSpaMart had it in stock and had the best price on it too.
I was concerned about shipping time since I ordered it late on a Friday afternoon. The shipping hours exclude the weekend, so I emailed asking to speak to someone Monday about expediting the shipping. To my pleasant surprise I got a phone call from Sanjay Saturday morning to say that he was shipping the item then, and I should have it Mon/Tues. Lo and behold I received it in the mail Monday.
This was "above and beyond" service in my opinion, especially these days.
