Shipping & Returns


  • We give it our all to ship all orders from our Irwindale warehouse within 24-48 hours of receipt of orders, except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays; however, unexpected circumstances may occur hindering us from our capabilities. 
  • If an order were to be placed between 9 A.M. - 2 P.M. Pacific Standard Time, that order will be processed and shipped out that day. All other orders will be shipped out the following business day.
  • Our shipping pricing will vary depending on the items you put in your cart and purchase. The breakdown to the shipping charges will be presented to you upon checkout, so please be aware. 
  • Free shipping is now available on select items! The best way to find out if you item qualifies for free shipping is through the product description or through the checkout process once you add the item to your cart. 
  • Our shipping carriers consist of USPS (1st Choice), UPS (2nd Choice), and DHL. Our standard shipping takes around 1-5 business days; however, if there are any circumstances that hinder a purchase order from arriving within those business days, we will notify you with the exact estimation and other updates as well.
  • We will do our best to ensure you that your purchase is safely secured and packaged and ready for shipment. We will update you with any changes to your order accordingly. We will also be providing tracking numbers; therefore, you have the chance to know the location and the estimated time of arrival of your purchase. If you have any questions, please give us a call. 

Current Transit Times:

  • As freight carriers continue to experience unprecedented volumes of packages as well as constant labor shortages, USPS, UPS, etc. are not committing to any transit times.
  • Please be aware that expedited shipping is not guaranteed.
  • Overnight shipping is not available.

Return Policy:

  • After ensuring that all products are in perfect condition and ready for shipment, we still require the customer to notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving the order to make a claim in regards to any defects of the purchase order.  

  • Once the freight carrier of a purchase order has indicated and recorded full delivery of the shipment, we are no longer responsible for any lost or unfound merchandise.  
  • All products can be returned within a 30 day period from the date of delivery. 

  • Once the 30 day period from the date of delivery has passed, products CANNOT be returned. 
  • Chemical products are all FINAL SALES so please guarantee your purchase of any chemical. 

  • Any opened or used product will not be eligible for refund or return. 

  • We only offer refunds or returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in its original condition. 
  • Any electronic products or parts that have been opened, including packaging, will not be covered under our return policy.  
  • Any product that has been installed cannot be returned unless PoolSpaMart has received prior consent and acknowledgment from the product's manufacturer. 
  • All returned items have to be in original manufacturer packaging. All contents associated with the item shipped to the customer must be returned as well such as product registration documents, warranty registration documents, and product manuals and guides. Items not in their original packaging will not be covered under our return policy.  
  • Opened packaging of product manuals, warranty packets, guides, pamphlets, booklets, etc. that are returned to us will not be covered under our return policy.
  • All products are ensured with warranty from the 1st day of purchase to the expiration date of the warranty; therefore, please register your product with the corresponding manufacturer. (Please check manufacturer's website for more warranty information.)

  • If your product is ensured with a warranty and a warranty claim needs to be filed, please contact the manufacturer's customer service number or visit them on their website for more warranty information.
  • The customer is in charge of all returning costs of any merchandise. The condition of the product must be in the same condition as you received the product. 

  • All returns, refused packages, and return to sender packages are immediately subjected to a minimum 20% restocking fee. 

  • All items returned by the carrier are immediately subjected to a 40% restocking fee. 

  • All items that have either been incorrectly installed or have broke during installation are not covered under our return policy.  
  • In case of incorrect pricing, insufficient quantity, or anything in that manner, your money will be fully credited to you and your order will not be fulfilled. You will also be receiving an email with more information from one of our customer service specialists. 

  • If an inaccurate shipping address is provided and a re-verification is needed prior to processing your order, one of our customer service specialists will be contacting you either through phone or email to re-verify your shipping address. If we cannot get in contact with you through phone or email to re-verify your shipping address, your money will be fully credited to you and your order will not be fulfilled. 
  • We reserve the right to cancel and not fulfill any order as per our discretion.  
  • All returns amounting to $300 or over must be sent back to us with a traceable and insured method as well as the appropriate packaging required by the carrier. 

  • We are not responsible for any broken, damaged, or misused products that are returned to us. Insurance is required to ensure a safe delivery.
