I haven't had a chance to install the part yet, but I wanted to write this review to acknowledge something that is as rare as finding a diamond ring on the beach. My order delivery address was goofed up due to some complications with my having a PO Box which means USPS won't deliver to my house address. I have had difficulty with companies in the past that for one reason or another didn't get the address correct with the shipping carrier, which is really frustrating. What set these guys apart was the level of dedication to making sure I got the part when they realized there was a problem. They made multiple phone calls to both myself AND the post office to make sure the part got to me, which ultimately it did. Most companies after they ship a part couldn't care less if you get it or not apparently. The typical response when I have a problem is, "well we shipped it... Sorry it didn't get delivered as expected... When it gets back to us, we will reship it". Then to just make matters worse, they ship it incorrectly AGAIN. These folks really seem to care about service after the sale and I will DEFINITELY buy from them again when I need another pool or spa related part!
