Very Helpful

I purchased a filter part and assumed it was the wrong part until Sanjay K. did research and found it was the correct part after contacting the Mfg. who explained how they modified it and how to install.

This item is the replacement for an older valve assembly.

I bought this and was unsure if it was going to work. Along with this item, I bought a part to maybe fix the broken valve. Sure enough, as soon as I ordered both items, I get a call and email from Sanjay to make sure that I meant to order a replacement piece and a new assembly. Sanjay walked me through with what I am supposed to do. I was able to use the new assembly and replace it myself.

In comparison, I went to Leslie's to get help for the same issue. The person that 'helped' me was not helpful at all and made me feel stupid when I did not know the part number right away.
